Should I Do A Factory Reset?
I have a ZTE Majesty. Its about 6mnths old. Its been constantly restarting itself if isn't plugged in to a power source. I was told to get a new battery. Did it & it still does it:( Now im being told to do a factory reset. Ive already backed up my contacts. How do i backup my photos? I have NO access to another computer.

Use an app called Astro. Once you install it, it will aid you in copying your files to your sd card. Reset only if your phone doesn't function properly.
