Why Can't I Download Apps On Play Store From My Zte Majesty.

I bought a new zte majesty from straight talk and now I can't download any apps from play store. I tried clearing the cache and all that and it didn't work. I even tried downloading it useijg WiFi and that didn't work either. I need help please???

Hi. You will sadly have to hard reset you device. Backup important user data first.
