Had To Do A Factory Reset On Phone. Added My Service Card, But Still No Bars

To perform a Factory reset
settings>backup and reset>factory reset
But before doing a factory reset make sure that your account is synchronized with your gmail account since everyying will get deleted. Remove the SD card then do the factory reset.
If there is still no signal call your service provider so that they would be able to check your current location if there is an outage.
