How do I cancel my Straight Talk Service?

Honestly the wont give you a refund at all. Once you bought it you are stuck with it. But you can cancal the account by just letting you account run out of time. For is you run out of time and dont renew, You start over with them, because they will give you new number and start the service. That is why they tell you, that you must sign up and renew before you renewal, date, If you miss the renewal rate even by one day the will make you get new number and start over. It stats this in the fine print of there contract information. On there website.

You have to call and wait for a rep.  Took 15 minutes today.  After you select #1 for English or #2 for Spanish, then press #4, #4, #2 to get to the waiting list.  Talked to a man with limited English.  He was elpful enough.  I said the ability to un-enroll or cancel should available online and be as easy as it is to enroll.  He said he would recommend that to his supervisor (right).  As far as refunds, no but you could transfer your remaining minutes to a new Straighttalk phone.

Change your credit card number.  This is literally the only way I found.  There is no way to talk to anyone.   When it says "Press 1 to speak to a live representative" it connects you to 4-1-1 worthless automated garbage.  I spent an hour trying to get in touch with someone.  No success.
