A couple of days ago I had to cancel my service that I have had for 2 years because when I bought a refurbished phone straight talk put the wrong phone numbers on the wrong phones.I have two straight talk phones one for myself and the other one for my husband and wanted to replace my husbands phone so I bought (2) $45 dollar cards. when I called to activate the new phone they placed my phone number into my husbands phone and his phone number was assigned to my phone.I called to get it straightened out and now neither phone will activate. I spent 72 hours trying to get them to fis the problem.So I just told them to cancel my account and they argued since the minutes have been put on the phones I cannot get a refund for the two $45 cards I purchased.Eventually they said I would have to call my bank to get a refund. My bank says that Straigh talk has been paid and it may take 10 days to get any refund.So now I have no phone service.Is there anyone in the U
