Cancel The Auto-refill

Can you please tell me how to cancel the Auto-refill service on my phone.  I've gone into everything I can find, but see NO instruction for cancellation.   Thanks to any and all who can help with this! Vickie

I called customer support ,the guy took it off in a couple minutes. you need serial # and phone #
