Should It Play Through All 7 Speakers In My Honda Pilot?

I had the XAV-62BT installed yesterday in my 2007 Honda Pilot EX, replacing the stock stereo. There is no sound coming from the right rear speaker, and possibly no sound in the ones near the windshield (too hard to tell just by ear).  I am taking it back today to have it looked at. I just wanted verification about any reason this unit could not support sound through 7 speakers. Also, I've gotten into the sound adjustments and tried just about everything. Thanks- Jamie
