Cant Upload Software
I have uploaded software from the Sony onto my laptop at home but I cannot get the computor at work to recognise the MP3 player to be able to install the software. Have tried all usb ports, player will charge but is not recognised. Have tried setting usb setting to manual - no joy. How can I get it to be recognised. Thanks
