Buttons Not Working Except For Power Child Lock Is Off

buttons not working only power button works, tried checking the child lock turned child lock on and off, still nothing is working stereo is stuck in cd mode but won't eject tray or let me change to usb when it was in usb kept restarting song or skipping songs

Possible issues:

Make sure the power cord and speaker cords are correctly and firmly connected
