Sony Mhc-ec619ip Buttons Not Working

the buttons on the Sony much-ec619ip are not working and is locked on USB iPod power button and the volume work

Your question is a bit hard to follow, but I hope one of these suggestions will solve:

Make sure the power cord and speaker cords are correctly and firmly connected.
It's possible the child lock has been activated. If so, see https://www.manualslib.com/manual/767859/Sony-Mhc-Ec619ip.html?page=24#manual, top right.
