Apple Tv Stopped Working

Why did my Apple TVstop working with my KDS-R50XBR1 Is there a fix?

It took me 3 tries to get the lamp properly seated in the "socket" for the pins. If the lamp doesn't light, look at the filament, without touching the glass of the bulb, and see if it is intact.

If all this fails, call a repairman.
