Blinks 45 Times & Turns On

(this is not a blink code) if it shuts down or doesn't come "on" then stops trying, then it may show a blink code to assist the troubleshooting. The blink code will consist of the Power/Standby indicator blinking a count of one to ten followed by a pause then it will repeat.

what you are describing sounds like the lamp is about to go bad on you. what is likely happening is the lamp might fire up on the third try thus the extended time to get it to show a picture.
