Problem With Connecting This Item To Computer.

When I connect recorder to the computer I can't see directory from A till E. Operating system Windows XP or Windows 7 There are no options to transfer data from computer to the recorder. Recorder is seen as USB. How to solve the problem?

Try looking at this to see if it helps:

If it doesn't, then you would most likely need to contact Sony Support for troubleshooting. They should be able to walk you through this towards a resolution. Hopefully, you won't require service repairs.
