Sony Walkman Model D-ej721 How To Operate It?

hi, have the above Sony Walkman and for the life of me I just can't get a grip on how to make it work. I have no instructions. I can't make any sense out of it. How to turn on, off, play from the beginning, change tracks, what does the sound button do? How to keep it from skipping? Continually does this! If I could get an instruction manual, it would be quite helpful!! Thank you!????
