How To Make Tape Player Work

To make the tape player work, you will need to check the following:
- Check the belt that connects the motor to the capstan. If the belt is loose or worn, it can cause the tape to spin too fast or too slow. Replace the belt if necessary.
- Check the capstan for any debris or buildup. Clean the capstan with a soft brush or cotton swab and alcohol to remove any debris.
- Check the pinch roller for any wear or damage. If the pinch roller is worn, it can cause the tape to slip and not spin correctly. Replace the pinch roller if necessary.
- Check the tape guides for proper alignment. If the guides are not aligned correctly, the tape may not be able to pass through properly, causing it to spin too fast or too slow.
- Check the tension of the tape. If the tension is too high or too low, it can cause the tape to spin too fast or too slow. Adjust the tension as necessary.
