Cd Radio Cassette-corder Cfd-e95. Turn It Off. Then It Comes Back On. ???

I turn off my radio.  All is black - like OFF.  Then in a few minutes it comes back on by itself.  Didn't use to do that.  What button(s) do I have to push to just have it stay off.  Right now - I'm unplugging it.  Not so cool.  Is not covered in the Operating Instructions that I down-loaded.
