Based on my research, the HDD Format Error of your Sony Ericsson K700i device is related to the wrong formatting or hardware damage of its storage device. The only solution for this issue is to reformat the storage device of this device or replacement. I provide some tutorial videos below which are all related about fixing HDD Format Error.
