Fraud

I am the fundraising coordinator with a rescue group. We ran a photo contest as a fundraiser. Taylor at snapfish said they would supply credits to 3 winners accounts. I have emailed, called customer service, called the corporate office number and have tried to fax. I keep leaving messages and I am getting no reply. I have used Snapfish for years. Not anymore and I will tell everyone I know not to use their lousy fraudulent service. I will be contacting the authorities as well.

Sorry for your problems. The steps you've taken are sensible ones. Relating your dissatisfaction to us, however, accomplishes nothing.

Beyond what you've already done, you may want to complain to the San Francisco County District Attorney's Office. An additional or alternative course would be to use a review site such as www.yelp.com, widely read; or consider a complaint site like https://www.gripeo.com/ or http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, each of which is designed to get action from the offending companies.
