I created 4 picture books for Christmas gifts to our children. Once they arrived, there were several pages that the photos were ORANGE! I called customer service 3 times to try to correct this problem and they kept assuring me it was personally handled-IT WAS NOT!!!! So I now have 12 books that I was ASHAMED to give our children!!! My photos were great on the review but printing was awful! I'm VERY hesitant to use this website again. In trying to start another book now in February, I cannot get photos to upload to their site-MORE anguish with them!

Have liked their photobooks. But their prints stink. They use a very primitive cropping tool that cuts off major parts of the images. If you mention that to them, they will give you a song and dance about how your "aspect ratio" needs adjusting. I took camera to a professional camera store -- there aren't many left, and those that are have to be good to survive -- and was told to leave the aspect ratio alone! Their virtual chat is a stupid robot who knows about three English-language phrases, such as "You need to clear your browser cache and cookies." This is intended to make customer think that Snapfish's inferior quality is customer's own fault. Finally: DEMAND that your prints be send in a sturdy cardboard sleeve, as otherwise you will get a flimsy paper envelope, and unless you're lucky your (subpar) prints will be bent.

I have been trying to use the print at home cards. Every time I go to print it prints out a picture half the size, ruining my paper. I have tried contacting customer service to no avail. I used their live chat service and the person I was speaking to told me it was my fault, then pasted a link to call HP saying it was a printer problem, then told me it was a technical issue. Bottom line, they are just pasting from their online manual. You do not get any actual help, absolutely pathetic. It was because of the print at home feature that I decided to print my own cards. Now I have wasted money on paper and ink I can't return and have no pictures to show for it. I would save my money and time and go somewhere else. I never had an issue with shutterfly and if they had a print at home feature, I would use them.

Two orders. Top of subjects heads cut off in more one photo, and group photo with half of a person on the end. Just so happens that is the person I wanted in the photo. Poor quality control.

95% of the photo's I revived were blurry. It was not the quality of the picture as I had printed one of them with my home printer as well. And it had come out clear at home and blurry from snap fish.

In a few of my pictures peoples heads were cut off. I reviewed and edited all of these pictures before sending them to snapfish. I had not cropped off anyone's heads.

Wow. I must say I am totally impressed with the quality of the calendar that I created with Snapfish. The photos I used came out absolutely stunning and the person for whom the present was for absolutely loved it. Thank you Snapfish for a quality product and a very speedy delivery in time for Xmas. Will definitely use again.

I ordered a flip book as a "test" to see your work. I received a book with faces completely or half cut out, feet missing, no words as I had indicated, etc. (, DATE 10/15/2012). I want a refund or my order done as I requested!

WTF !!!!!
I ordered a canvas and they delivered a poster....a poster of 700 bucks!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!! I was so stupid to do that....would never trust such online sites ever again.

Please Don't Use This Service

v xKinkos should really rethink their connection to this firm. Look at all these bad reviews on their OWN website. I wish I had read them before shelling out money for a Christmas gift. I thought it would be okay since they said my order would be at my door within 5 days of placing the order (especially since I upgraded to faster shipping). Its been 2 1/2 weeks and after chatting with customer service, I'm not getting the package until Christmas eve. Guess who's going to have frozen pictures sitting on her doorstep when she flies back from holiday? THIS GIRL!!!

Do not use this firm

I wish I had read your reviews before ordering from Snapfish. My photo book has still not arrived after 2 weeks - too late for a present !! Looking at my account I see that the code I entered has been ignored & I have been charged a different price to the one on screen when I ordered. And trying to contact them has been very difficult. Not very impressed

Has anyone else had problems with your photo albums being deleted due to having another email address previously? I have tried several times to get my photos from 2004 restored so that I can find photos of my grandson from newborn to 4 years old, with no luck. First CS agent said to give them the old email address, so I had to go back and find that and when I called back, that person said there was no record of that email address. I tried live chat. No help. I used to have great service, however, I'm afraid to download anything now and am trying to figure out what to do next. They removed all the friend's access as well, although they deny they did it, but they also removed all her photos but have restored them to her, but not to mine, so I would have to get her to resend all her albums to me. Since they are from my daughter in law, they are of course primarily of the family and christmas, and other holidays and our grandson. I am going to have to use some other method. I had nice photo books back from a couple of years back, but not going to TRUST Snapfish again. They have lost quite a lot of business just from me alone, and I'm sure from those of you who have been having other problems as well. My daughter in law placed a recent order, got charged 4 times, and still hasn't received what she order no the promotion item that was advertised on that item and it was over a month ago. She has had Live Chat, CS agents seem to not have any knowledge of what "customer service" really means! Still unresolved! There is no SUPPORT!

I to wish I had never ordered a photo album to celebrate my mothers 80th birthday. It arrived 2 weeks late. Apparently it was the fault of the delivery agent!!!! Kevin - England.
