Updates

I was checking for updates and get a message "this may take a moment". It never stops and shows everyone off line which they are not. I tried deleting but when I reinstall the same problem is there

Hi. Terminate that and use the full installer of the latest version here http://www.skype.com/en/download-skype/skype-for-windows/downloading/
