In My Documents I Have A File Called Skypesetup.exec. It Is 22 Kb. Caniremoveit

Are there other Skype files that I can remove. How do I know which ones can I remove without affecting the actual Skype program?

You can remove skypesetup.exe. If you don't know what the files are then don't try to clean up your files.
