Skype Problem

i am using skype but i am not buying anytype of credit from there ,,,i think it is free skype to skype but every month skyp cpmmunication takes sometimes 10 pound ,,sometimes 20 pound ,, i have phone to my bank they said to call skyp communication but i am not getting contact number ..so what to do
