Unable To Buy Skype Credit.

Hello,I am trying to buy Skype credit to my Skype account but it says insufficient fund into the debit card which is not true. I also contacted you people through Skype chart but no response. Kindly advice me at the earliest.

You can contact the Skype customer care here. As you say you haven't been contacted by them yet, this might be the reason.

You can better use PayPal as an alternative.
