Where Has The $16.00 In My Account Gone?

I know l haven't used my account for awhile but there should be nearly $16.00 in my account. I was getting frustrated with because no one could hear me. I was not happy when l went to make a call and l looked at the balance of my account. What has happened to my money in my account please?
