IVE FILLED OUT THE AREAS THAT THE COMPUTER ASKED ME TO. THAT IS, ALL INFO REGARDING MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AND IT CONTINUES TO REJECT ME. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? I USE THIS CARD EVERYDAY AT LEAST FIVE TIMES OR MORE.
