Skype Customer Support

I was shocked to find that Skype had taken out some money from my credit card even after I disabled their Auto Recharge option when the balance reaches 3 dollars. It happened twice and of a sudden my email address was changed and I could no more log in to my account. I contacted Skype support and it seems that somebody had tamper with my account. They retransfer my account back to my email but since, I can open my sktpe but my account is blocked and by so, can't use their customer support to contact them. Any suggestion? Thanks
