Having stated that, you can cancel your Skype Number (also known as an Online Number) subscription at any time.

To cancel your Skype Number:

Sign in to your account.
In the Manage features section, click Skype Number.
Click Settings
Cancel your Skype Number

Call +352 2663-9130

and request tier 3 support (live technician not customer service rep)
Do not accept help from tier 1 or 2 as they will offer scripted advice and still charge you the $30-some-odd dollor fee for the support.
Insist on tier 3 support and make the person you are speaking with verify they are tier 3.

Greetings - Skype has no official Customer Service #. They allow either Email or Live Chat contact options instead.
