Please Let Me Have A Customer Service Phone Number, So I Can Explain My Problem,

Why I am not able to purchase more credit with my credit card. AS PER MY BANK; i have sufficient funds availabe on my card, however, whenever I sumit the needed inforfation, to purchase some SKYPE credit, my request is refused. Thank for your help, HANS
