If you have a credit to make calls to mobile or standard house phones, your contact list wil be divided in 2. The upper part will be the contacts to make phone calls to and the lower part of your contact list will be those Skype 2 Skype contacts. (The contact list options can be arranged from Contacts in the menu bar.

Be aware! You can not send an IM message to a phone (Imediat message) Only SMS can be send to phone (mobile). To avoid receiving text messages on your mobile from Skype contact follow this instructions:

Tools | Options | |IM & SMS | follow the instructions for IM. Choice SMS, in this tab you must change the radio button to: My Skype Name (xxxxxx). Recipients can't send SMS replays.

Save.

I did not find out how to delete the Skype Mobile Account, but this can help you to come one step forward.
