I Have 2 Fraudulent Charges On My Skype Account, Help!!

Someone has hacked into my Skype account and I now have 2 charges of $65 each. I have been trying for months to cancel my paid SKype account with no luck. How does one get Skype to help me? They are an overseas company with NO live support. Please help, any info you can give me is better than NO info I have right now, Thanks.
