Different Question, Same Answer. What?

Please, answer me with a new, legitimate answer; not the same answers from the same people, even when the question is different! So many times now, I've written about the problem I'm having with an error code ( E4 ) that appeared on my Singer Stylist 7258, which rendered it useless. I keep getting emails stating a " new answer" is ready for viewing- when I open it, there's that same answer I was given but for a different problem. I still have the same problem- please don't give me the same wrong answer. Thanks- Yvonn
