The most common issues with sewing machines are the following: 1. bobbin winder on top is not properly reset after filling bobbin. 2. Threading done incorrectly. 3. Foot peddle not plugged in all the way. 4. Machine power cord not plugged in all the way. 5. Thread entangled in bobbin case. So those are the items that should be checked and redone to make sure they are set correctly. When dealing with the bobbin in the case or the bobbin case itself, turn the machine off first. And after checking and resetting all of the above, turn the machine off and on again.
