Speaking And Understanding English
1........Why is it when prompted to press 1 for english you don't get someone that can speak and understand english ?????2........why is it when you press option 1 to receive a call back the call is dropped and you never get the call back???????3........why is it that usually something isn't working right on the website4........why is it the Shaw so called customer service is so awful to state it nicely??????
