Can't Get Any Channels - But Snow. Remote Won't Work To Change Channels Either.

my cable box is on. TV is on channel 3. but I can't get any other channels with my remote - but snow. What's happening?

Make sure you're changing the channel on the box and not the TV. Most remotes have buttons at the top to change which device you're controlling. Make sure you press the Cable/CBL/C button before you try and change the channel.
