Drawer Doesn't Open Automatically
I can open the drawer manually but not automatically. All data was erased. Does the cash register need to be re-programmed in order for the drawer to open automatically?

You are probably right as it explains in the manual that in the event of a power failure you will need to open the drawer manually. Reprogramming will be necessary to prove this. I have attached a full user manual link:
