Cash Register Won't Go Back Into Operation
My niece and her co-owner have purchased a Sharp XE-A23S for their business. After the first day of operation they did the Z out report. It did the report but did not give totals. The next day she tried to do a transaction and it would not accept any input. What do they need to do to fix it?

This could be caused by so many things. If she performed the normal Z report, the machine should always print so I would check the paper is thermal and the shiny side is facing the front. Secondly, what is the error code that is coming up now?
