My Sharp Cash Register Won't Open When Cash Tendered

Try a no sale operation or print a report. If it still doesn't open, you probably have one of the batches that had a manufacturing fault. Many were repaired under warranty due to a problem where the drawer wiring was incorrectly dressed and it shorts to the drawer tray. That would require a technician to repair.
