Sharp Mx-3640 Pc-fax

need help mx-3640 pc-fax i am getting authenication error. How can I fix this?

If you haven't yet tried, run custom setup. I found the standard setup will not find the mfp or weird errors will occur. Also be sure your pcfax driver is correct.
