CDAi-1122CE05 is the part number. I researched it some and because the part is no-longer-available, I found none, except I realized I have this stand Setting right next to my spare parts pile. It's a little dusty, but intact. I'm willing to sell it to you for $30 plus SH and state tax. contact us here http://www.teletronservice.com/contact.asp
