Tv Power Flashes On Off

The "V" indicator blinks a code indicating what circuit has failed. The code will involve a slow blink count and a fast blink code. By the sound of your question, I assume you have a single slow blink followed by a fast blink. This indicates that the LED back lights have failed. this could be either the power supply board or the back lights them self (requiring a new LCD/LED panel which will require Sharp to exchange the set with a new one).
