Sharp Lc-42sb48ut Tv Blue Power Light Just Keeps Blinking. Why?
Pretty much as stated above. The power light turns red when plugged in, and blinks blue when the power button is hit. I have no clue why this is. Also, I'm not 100% sure how to do that reset with the volume and channel buttons, or it isn't doing anything. Thanks!

I just searched the service manual and this model doesn't have that shut down for lamp errors that requires the pressing of buttons and plugging the Ac cord in. This set will likely require a trip to the local Sharp authorized service shop to get the estimate.
I suspect the main board is the problem. There are two versions dependent upon the serial number. It could be the power board or even the LCD panel itself.
