Why Do Ihave K On My Tv Screen And Can Not Control The Audio Volume?

the "K" designates that you are in the first stage of the "SERVICE MENU". Normally all you need to do is turn it off then back on to exit this mode. Try to unplug the AC cord for 5 mins. If this doesn't work then try taking it to a Sharp auth service shop, maybe they can reset it at the counter for you. If you need further suggestions, then repost a question with what you found out after doing my suggestions
