thanks for the support but please which two buttons
Hi , this is Luckee. I have the same TV and the same problem. Did you find the solution?
i have the same question. K123 displayed continuously. My uncle caused this problem. He said while he was pressing some buttons in the remote controller, this happened. One of my friends said K123 is an indication for that my TV is in Service mode.
I can understand parasmalnagda's point. But which "two buttons" do i have to push "at a time before on the switch".? and how do i suppose to fix this.

Go to TV (do not use remote control) and press Volume down and Channal Down together. This will change the TV to service mode. You will get a Code, Description and a value on the screen.
Example (001) (TV Change xx) (0).
You will also see K123 as the last line in Display
Use your remote to press zero thrice to make the code to all zeroes.
Then Press Volume Up one by one and start watching the screen. At some point you will get a description Init TV something as below:
(002) (Init TV) (0).
Press the > button (AND Vol up ) on your remote to change the appearance as
(002) (Init TV) (1)
Press Enter. Your TV will start initiallizing settings and will end up in Factory Setting.
Once this is done your K123 on last line will disappear.
Once the system has completed, restart your TV (Switch off and Switch on)
I tried this and it works
