This is one of the first series of LCD EDTV sets that Sharp introduced. This is only a 480i/p 4:3 aspect ratio (480p only available through the component inputs) with only an analog tuner. To watch the digital channels via an antenna (hooked directly to the converter box)you will need to buy a converter box with this box output hooked to the TV RF input (TV on channel 3) and change channels on the converter box. To watch cable or satellite, then hook their boxes to the component input

Hook up out of the system to the TV input Using a HDMI cable,if you don't have one you could get one from Radio Shack or Kmar.t
If you you are using RCA jacks do the same hook up out of the unit in to the TV input using RCA 3 wire yellow red and white.
look at your units owner's manual furfurther info. or go to this site for a owner's manual.
