Pppppppppppppppp
My cash register is stuck on out of paper setting. I refilled the paper and it is still showing. I have tried to shut off the cash register and it will not turn off. I have even tried to unplug and plug back in. Still shows the PPPPPPPPPPP across the screen. I think it may be frozen. Can you please help??

Er-420 Cash Register Is Stuck On Pgm1
Was enterning new PLU, when it stuck on PGM1, it will not allow me to even turn the register off
