Sharp Er-a410 Display Not Working
Hi,
We have a Sharp ER-A410 at our business that we purchased almost two years ago and when we opened the cash register the display quit working. Now the register acts like it is off and will not even let us open the cash drawer. I tested the power outlet and it is fine. I even did the reset where you turn the key to the pgm2 seting and hold down the journal and reciept feed buttons simultaneously while replugging it in. This did not doanything. Please send me any suggestions you may have. This register not very old and it is vital to our services operations. Thank you for your time,
