How Do I I Change The Department Names On An Er-a410 Sharp Register?
I have the manual, but when I follow the instructions, the register says "misoperation" or "entry error." I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I've tried calling customer service but our register is out of warranty so they charge a fee to talk to a customer service agent. I'd rather be able to fix this without being charged

Press and hold the "Journal Feed" key as you turn the key to the SRV position-the one without the apostrophe. Your Sharp cash register is now reset to factory settings.
