Goflex Home External Hard Drive
My Seagate GoFlex Home External Hard Drive is not showing in my computer, Why? How do I get phone support from Seagate?

Check that the drive shows up on another PC if possible. Then verify that the USB port you are trying to use is working by attaching an alternative device. The power supply could be faulty if the drive does not spin up. Swap the USB cable to check that. They are prone to breakage. Without more information about what you have tried it is difficult to give a solution.
