To reset a Schwinn 230 recumbent bike, you can try unplugging the unit from the electrical outlet for 3 minutes and then reconnecting it. You can also try these troubleshooting steps:

Make sure the unit is plugged into a working wall outlet.

Check that the connection is secure and undamaged. If either are damaged, replace the adapter or connection at the unit.

Make sure all wires in the cable are intact. If any are visibly crimped or cut, replace them.
