Sanyo T.v. Dp50842 Remote Stopped Working Along With My Direct Tv Remote

My remote stopped working with the t.v. and my Direct t.v. remote also stopped working. I changed the batteries on both remotes and the batteries were fine. I cannot change the volume or turn the t.v. on or off. or change the input channel. I can do this manually..... I looked on line and they showed how to remove the front screen trim and the pcb with the manual controls is there. The problem is the board wires connector is soldered on. I have the capability to remove the defective part from the pcb but I don't know which part it is that I need to replace. I have the following part numbers from the board. A30C5,Q3904,A3900 AND THEN Z6WE1LG4B10X104AB. Is there an easy way to remove the board, I only pulled off the front trim.... or do I need to unsolder the pcb and install a new board? or can I purchase the right part and then replace it...???TV is about 4 years old and works fine otherwise for this problem.....

there are a few possible solutions.

The first is to check whether your Genie remote is low on batteries using the remote's built-in battery tester. If the green light up top is blinking slowly or doesn't show up at all, replace the batteries.

If this does not fix your DIRECTV Genie remote control issues - and your remote works with your DIRECTV equipment but not your TV or other devices - your remote might need to be programmed. Follow these instructions to program your Genie remote:

1. Press MENU on your DIRECTV Genie remote.
2. Select Settings & Help.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Remote Control.
5. Select Program Remote.
6. Select Program TV.
7. Select your TV's brand and then follow step-by-step instructions to finish programming your Genie remote.
